Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop - M

Welcome to March's Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog hop of 2021.

This month the theme is the letter

            " M "

as long as the products are in the Annual or Mini catalog

You may have joined me from Rochelle's blog or perhaps you are starting you journey here with me, I hope that you like our creations and the they give you inspiration as you hop around the world.

Having been set the theme I knew exactly the photo's I wanted to use 3 of my middle grandson getting "MESSY" eating one of his Easter eggs last year.

Messy is my middle name too when I'm crafting I love any opportunity to dirty whilst crafting, so I knew exactly what I wanted to do and set about creating my own background using Embossing Paste, Early Espresso Reinkers and Basic Pattern Decorative Masks.  I paired this up with the dark wood grain paper in the In Good Taste DSP collection which I tore.

Remembering I had the Nothing's Better Than stamp set I stamped and die cut using the Love You More Than Dies, the Chocolates in several of the brown shades of ink.  Then I had a brain wave and placed this die on the page and used this as a mask as well.........

To complete the layout I added some of the words from the Love You More Than dies as my title.

I hope you like the layout that I have shared with you using this month's theme  Supplies used to create this can be ordered via my Online store
here

Remember to use this months hostess code, which can be found in the side bar to receive a little something for me if your order is under £150.

Ink.Stamp.Share Blog Hop - Male, Men or Boys

Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Monthly Blog Hop .....this months theme is

"Male - Men or Boys"

The projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world.

You may have joined me from Victoria's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

Using this months theme I created a card using some supplies from the annual catalogue - Rooted in Nature stamp set the coordinating framelits Nature's Roots.

The leaves are stamped in Shaded Spruce and Crumb Cake with a mixture of first and second generation stamping. I also added a couple of leaves die cut and embossed using the framelits.  I made two cards in the end one simple then I stepped it up using the Woodland embossing folder and adding some Braided Trim.

Since creating these cards most of the items used have appeared on this years Last Chance List, so if these items are on your wish list I wouldn't leave it too late as its whilst supplies last.

The Stampin' Up! supplies used to create these cards can be ordered via my Online store here.  Don't forget to use this month's hostess code which can be found in the side bar, to receive a little something from me.

Before you continue  to hop on over to see what Stacey has created, don't forget to leave me a comment below.

Last Chance - See what is retiring !!

This evening I got to see  2021-2022 Annual Catalog. This beauty is filled with some amazing, new products - and I can't wait to share them with you.  In order to make room for all the new products, though some products have to retire.  It might feel a little sad to see your friends go away, but it's necessary to make room for all the amazing, new stuff you'll also want.

My BEST Retiring List Advice :

If there is something you've had your eye on, and you can't live without it, Order it NOW or order right away when you see the published list!

Click here to view a PDF of Retiring Products – Annual Catalogue

Or pop on over to my online shop here to see them in the flesh

I especially would not wait on ordering retiring 2019-2021 InColor Products

Here are some details about the list:

•    Many of these items (dies, punches, papers and accessories) are being offered on a "while supplies last" basis - when they are gone, they are gone.  If you really need them (and there are many items you probably need), then I suggest you get them NOW!

•    Stampin' Up! makes their own stamp sets, so those are available until a week before the retiring date.  To avoid delays, get the ones you want sooner, rather than later.

Also - you might miss out on bundled pricing of stamp sets that pair with dies/punches if the dies/punches retire sooner than stamps. While some stamps and coordinating dies/punches will be carrying over into the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog, the bundled pricing that's currently available (10% off when purchased together) will not carry over.

Colour Combo Blog Hop - March

Welcome to  March's Colour Combo Blog Hop of 2021, using the colours shown above - Mango Melody, Petal Pink and Terracotta Tile.

You may have just visited Elisabeth's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration with this months colours.

I find it hard to use these three colours but together now that was a REAL challenge... but then I noticed that one of the papers in the Ice Cream Corner DSP collection incorporates two of the colours so I set about using that .

Using a Terracotta Tile card base I added a strip of the DSP to the bottom and added a piece of Petal Pink stamped with the confetti,  found in the Hey Birthday Chick stamp set.  I then created a frame using the Layering Square Frames.

I stamped and die cut the "funky" haired chick and coloured it using Stampin' Blends.  I sparkled up the cake and the double layered sentiment using the Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.

I hope you like the card that I have shared with you using this month's colours.  Supplies used to create this can be ordered via my Online store here

Remember to use this months hostess code, which can be found in the side bar to receive a little something for me if your order is under £150.
