Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop - Travel

Welcome to August's Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog hop this month months theme is

                    TRAVEL

You may have joined me from Dana's blog or perhaps you are starting you journey here with me, I hope that you like our creations and the they give you inspiration as you hop around the world.

For me when I first saw this month's theme, I knew exactly what photo's I wanted to scrap.  It was of my daughter when we went out for a drive at the beginning of "Lockdown" dropping of shopping for my uncle who was shielding.

Firstly I cut out a selection of cogs using the silver foil sheets and distress some of them with black ink, before inking the edges of my 12x12 Sea Spray base and randomly second generation stamping the ink splodges from the Geared Up Garage stamp set.  I adhered some of these with Stampin' Dimensionals to give some depth.

To remind of us of why and when this photograph was taken.... I added a section for some hidden journalling. Especially as she picked up her car just before lockdown and hadn't really had chance to get out in it. As the roads where a lot quieter, it was the perfect time for her to gain some experience.

I  hope you liked the scrapbook page I've shared with you -  supplies used  to created this, can be ordered via my Online store here

Ink.Stamp.Share Blog Hop - August

Welcome to August's  Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop. The  projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world. The theme for this month's blog hop is

 "Mini- Catalogue"

You may have joined me from Jo's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

For this month's hop I had lots of new items to choose from I was spoilt for choice. I chose in the end to use the Have A Hoot stamp set and coordintating dies - Peek A Hoot.

As this stamp set covers both Christmas and Halloween, I decided on making a project for the later.

I knew I had some of the Coffin Treat Boxes left over from last year (and they are currently on the Clearance Rack £2.60 for 12) so I grabbed them and ran the lid through the big shot with one of the Wrapped in Texture embossing folders.

Having stamped the image of the owl hiding behind the pumpkin, I t
hen coloured it using my Stampin' Blends before cutting it out with one of the Peek A Hoot Dies. To finish it off I added a little bit of sparkle by using the  Glittered Organdy Ribbon.

It felt lonely so I also made a quick card using Stampin' Ups Notecards, I love this size just a tad smaller than the standard A6.

I love it when Stampin' Up bring out a new stamp set with coordinating dies or a punch as they usually offer them at a discount..

I  hope you like the projects that I've shared with you - all supplies used  to created this can be ordered via my Online store here

Remember to use the current months hostess code, which can be found in the side bar, to receive a little something from me if your order is under £150.

Ink.Stamp.Share Special Blog Hop - August

Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Special Blog Hop..... the theme for this Special Hop is
"ANYTHING GOES"

The projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world.

You may have joined me from Jo's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

I'm sharing with you a card that I've made using the cute Zany Zebras stamp set for an upcoming online class.

The card fits in a 6x6 square envelope and then pops out, they are all the in thing at the moment and so so easy to make.

I've made my card monochromatic - Pacific Point, I even coloured my Zebra's to using the watercolor pencils

Here's a top view, where I've added a few more of the sentiments that come with this set.... I can't wait to play with it some more I can see me colouring  some funky zebra's

Supplies used to create this card be ordered via my Online store here.  Don't forget to use this month's hostess code which can be found in the side bar, to receive a little something from me.

Colour Combo Blog Hop - August

Welcome to  August's Colour Combo Blog Hop, using the colours shown above -  Mint Macaron , Rich Razzleberry and Soft Suede.

You may have just visited Elisabeth's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration with this months colours.

For this month's hop I thought I'd try the split card technique that's very popular at the moment. For those of you who are not familiar with this, you need a piece of A5 cards stock, find the middle and stamp down that line. (see piccie).

You then cut this in half, matt and layer giving you two cards.

Using the same stamp set Beautiful Friendship, I stamped up a couple more cards using this colour combination.

The third card I stamped second generation stamping and have left it without a sentiment so I can add that when needed.

I hope you like the cards that I have shared with you using this month's colours  - supplies used to create them can be ordered via my Online store here and don't forget to use this months hostess code, which can be found in the Side Bar.

Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping on over to see what Sandra has created using this months colours.
