Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop - July

Welcome to July's Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog hop this month we have been encouraged to incorporate Punches with in our layout.

You may have joined me from Cindy's blog or perhaps you are starting you journey here with me, I hope that you like our creations and the they give you inspiration as you hop around the world.

Having been given the theme, I knew I wanted to use the both the Daisy and Medium Daisy Punches. I've stamped and punched these out using the Daisy Lane stamp set and a variety of Pink card stock and inks - Rococo Rose, Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride.  As these colours matched the flowers in my photograph.

To pull the layout together I added some smaller flowers using the Small Bloom punch and added flower centers to all on the page using Champagne Rhinestones and any other "Bling" I had laying around.

I  hope you liked the scrapbook page I've shared with you -  supplies used  to created this, can be ordered via my Online store here

Remember to use this months hostess code which can be found in the side bar, to receive a little something from me if your order is under £150.

Ink.Stamp.Share Blog Hop - July

Welcome to July's  Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop. The  projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world. The theme for this month's blog hop is

"Celebration - any celebration other than birthday"

You may have joined me from Jill's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

With such a wide theme I could have chosen - Engagement, Wedding, Anniversary, Exam results.....but I decided I do a " New Baby" card.

Well I ended up making 4 in total using 1 piece of 6x6 piece of Designer series Paper. Having seen it out there in blog and you tube land most recently by a fellow demonstrator and friend Sandra, thank you for inspiring me to have a go.

I chose to use a piece of the Forerver Greenery DSP and paired this with the Wildly Happy stamp set.

Stamping up the Elephant image and colouring these with Stampin' Blends - Smokey Slate both and Crumb Cake Light.

I then die cut them using the largest of the Stitched Shapes "Oval" and raised them up on Stampin' Dimensionals. The sentiments are not only from the Wildly Happy set but also from the So Sentimental set and Well Said set,  which  also coordinates with the Well Written Dies I have also used.

The foliage popping out from behind the Ovals are cut using the Forever Flourishing Dies which also forms part of the Suite which coordinates with the DSP I used.

I  hope you like the cards that I've shared with you - all supplies used  to created this can be ordered via my Online store here

Remember until the 3rd August the Bonus Day offer is around - for every £45 you spend you'll get a £4.50 spend the following month, more details can be found here. Also if you use the current months hostess code, which can be found in the side bar, to receive a little something from me if your order is under £150.

Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping around to see everyone's creations, Jacqui is next.

Paper Crafting Blog Hop - July

Welcome to July's Paper Crafting blog hop with the lovely ladies from the Paper Crafting Blog Hop group.

Fellow demonstrators and myself from all over the globe are participating so we're sure to have a wide array of fun projects to share with you! using this months theme  is to spotlight/showcase " Designer Series Paper"

You may have just visited Sandy's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

I have chosen to spot light the Whale of A Time 6x6 designer series paper.

As soon as I saw this paper I knew that I had to get it its soooooo cute and there is a bundle that goes with it too. Having 3 grandsons it was a must!!

Here I have made a card using two of the sheets in the collection. One of the scenery ones as the background matted on to a piece of Night of Navy card stock which is adhered to a Pool Party card base.

I then punched out one of the Whales from another pieces of paper using the Whale Builder punch before adhering that to the scene. To finish the card off I added a sentiment from the stamp set - Whale Done and some of the Whale of a Time Sequins.

The stamp set and builder punch are available as bundle saving you 10%, so if you add the paper and the sequins to your order that will earn you a Bonus day Voucher to spend next month. More details of this can be found here.

For another couple of samples made using the Whale of a Time Designer click here.

Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge #384

Whale of A Time - that's what I had this weekend creating a card for this weeks Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge.

  #PCC384

I fell in love with this suite as soon as I saw it. The paper is so darn cute and I love that you can use the Whale Builder Punch to punch out the whale's from the Whale of a Time 6x6 Designer Series Paper, although I haven't used on this card.

The hardest decision for me was which side of the designer series paper I would use for my base..... having decided, I then cut out some seaweed from coordinating card stock using a die from the Smoothing Sailing set.

Using a die from the Stitched Rectangle collection I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments set with Calypso Coral Ink.

I then layered this on some of the luscious Sheer Ribbon and added a Turtle from another sheet of the designer series paper.  To finish this card off I added a few Whale of a Time Sequins.

When I went to adhere it altogether I was then confused as I liked the arrangement on both sides of paper... so I made another card. well we all need  birthday cards don't we??

I can't make my mind up as to which one I like best...........

Colour Combo Blog Hop - July

Welcome to  July's Colour Combo Blog Hop, using the colours shown above -  Highland Heather, Misty Moonlight and Sahara Sand.

You may have just visited Elisabeth's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration with this months colours.

As soon as I saw this colour combination I knew that I wanted to create a masculine card with them, the only hard choice I had to make was which set would I use??

Then it came to me I needed to make an anniversary card for my husband and when I was choosing my preorder from the 2020-2021 annual catalog he commented that he liked the Beautiful World stamp set.
Using my Stamparatus I stamped the globe, ink bottle and sentiment in Misty Moonlight ink on Very Vanilla card stock, before running this layer through the bigshot with  the Old World Paper 3D embossing folder.  I then stressed the edges before inking them with the Highland Heather and Sahara Sand inks with a dauber.  Adding the Feather cut from the coordinating  - World Map Dies  to finish it off.

I hope you like the card that I have shared with you using this month's colours  - supplies used to create them can be ordered via my Online store here and don't forget to use this months hostess code, which can be found in the Side Bar.

Remember until the 3rd August the Bonus Day offer is around - for every £45 you spend you'll get a £4.50 spend the following month, more details can be found here.

Ink.Stamp.Share Special Blog Hop - July

Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Special Blog Hop..... the theme for this Special Hop is

"ANYTHING GOES"

The projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world.

You may have joined me from Jo's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

As things have started to calm down at work, I have found the energy to have a little play with my stash in the evenings. So here is my creation for this week using the Jar of Flowers Bundle (which comprises of the Jar of Flowers stamp set and Jar Punch), the Lovely Labels Pick A Punch, Blossoms in Bloom stamp set.

The Jar of Flowers Bundle items are also part of the Flowers for Every Season Suite - I have also used the Flowers for Every Season 6x6 Designer Series Paper. I stamped out my chosen floral arrangement a couple of times so that I could layer these up and give them some depth, I then coloured them with my Stampin's Blends using some of the  20-22 Incolours along with some of returning colours.

Having stamped the Jar, I decided that I wanted it to shimmer like glass so I added a little Wink of Stella to it before punching it out. To finish it off I added a bow using the New Pool Party Sheer ribbon its so lush.

Supplies used to create this card be ordered via my Online store here. Remember BONUS DAYS* are here  until the 3rd August - you'll get a voucher for £4.50 for every £45 spent and don't forget to use this month's hostess code which can be found in the side bar, to receive a little something from me.
