Ink Stamp Share Blog Hop

Welcome to  May's  Ink Stamp Share's blog hop.

The  projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world. The theme for this month's blog hop is "Monochrome"

You may have joined me from Tricia's  blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

I'm sharing with you a card that I made for my fancy fold class which I'm hosting today, it also show cases one of the new Incolors for 2019-2021- Perfect Posy.

Using the Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape ink's  and card stock I set about creating some balloons with the Balloon Bouquet Punch. On the darker ones I added some wink of stella to make them shine.

I then stamped off the ribbons (from the Birthday Background stamp set) a couple of times before stamping on the Perfect Posy card stock and added the sentiment from the Happy Gorgeous set in Gorgeous Grape . I then matted this on Highland Heather before adhering this to the side easel card. I then used some Stampin' Dimensional's and arranged the balloons on the steps of the card.

I  hope you like the card that I've shared with you - all supplies used  to created these cards can be ordered via my Online store here.  Don't forget to use May's hostess code which can be found in the side bar.

Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping around to see everyone's creations,  Cindy is next

Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop - Goodbye

Welcome to May's Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop.

The theme chosen for this month's theme is "Goodbye" - a fitting theme as we're coming to the end of  another annual catalogue. But I can't wait to play with all the NEW goodies in the next one!!!

You may have joined me from Karen's blog or perhaps you are starting you journey here with me, I hope that you like our creations and the they give you inspiration as you hop around the world.

For my "Goodbye" project I have created 2 scrapbook layouts from one sheet of the Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper.

Having secured the Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper over a sheet of 12x12 Whisper White card stock with some Washi tape.

I started daubering the flowers and leaves with a variety of different colour inks - Granny Apple Green, Flirty Flamingo, Petal Pink, So Saffron, Daffodil Delight, Pool Party, Grapefruit Grove, Highland Heather and Lovely Lipstick.

When I was happy with the area that I wanted to cover with ink, I pulled back the Laser Cut paper and was amazed at the outcome on the 12x12 cardstock base.

I was even more surprised with the Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper the ink hadn't gone underneath so I could have used the plain side but instead I chose to use the coloured side.

Depending on the base card stock I laid my coloured laser piece on the different colours "popped" on it.  I decided to stay with black as it suited my photograph more.

Having chosen my photographs I then added some Butterflies using the Butterfly Gala stamp set and coordinating Butterfly Duet Punch, with a little bit of Wink of Stella. On the larger butterflies on the white back ground I added antennas using some wire I had in my stash.

Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping on over to see what Pia has created using this months theme.

I  hope you've liked what I've shared with you - all supplies used  to created these scrapbook layouts  can be ordered via my Online store here.

Welcome to the May's Kre8tors Blog Hop.  I know that you're going to find some great inspiration from the wonderfully creative Stampin' Up! demonstrators as you follow along with us.

You may have just visited Linda's  blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

As this month's theme was "Technique" I decided that I wanted to get really messy - so I gathered by reinkers borrowed a few of Eli's (my grandsons) baby wipes and re visited the Baby Wipe Technique.

The colours I chose where - Blueberry Bushel, Gorgeous Grape and Shaded Spruce - guess who forgot to take pictures of the process!!  that's my baby brain going as Eli's mum has just given birth to our 2nd grandson.

I used three stamp sets on my cards -  Timeless Textures, Petal Palette and Butterfly Gala. Two of which are on the Last Chance list so remember to purchase your's before its too late.

I hope you like the cards that I have shared with you using this month's theme - supplies used to create them can be ordered via my Online store here and don't forget to use this months hostess code  BUH7JKNV

Colour Combo Blog Hop - May

Welcome to May's Colour Combo Blog Hop

You may have just visited Christin's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration with this months colours.

For this month's hop I decide that I would again use one of my stamp sets  that hasn't been off my shelf in a little while - I think we all are guilty of that. So I inked up my Perennial Birthday set.

This stamp set although it is on the last chance list is actually staying and will appear in the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue as a "Cling mount" set.

When started to create my card I decided that I would like to use ribbon, but realized we don't have any ribbon in this months colours.

So I grabbed my roll of White Sheer Ribbon and the Balmy Blue, Blackberry Bliss and  Mango Melody ink pads and set about making some ribbons in this months colours.

Here are  three cards made using this months chosen colours - the sentiment on all three cards are stamped and embossed with White Ink and Embossing Powder.

I hope you like the cards that I have shared with you using this month's colours  - supplies used to create them can be ordered via my Online store here and don't forget to use this months hostess code  BUH7JKNV

Everything is Rosy - Product Medley

Today see's the launch of Stampin' Up!s first Product Medley -

Everything is Rosy

It is available only through the month of May, and only while supplies last. I have a feeling it won't last long at all.
Stampin' Up! took a look around the industry to see what's hot and Rose Gold is IN!  (my favourite)
This product medley features lots of lovely Rose Gold in various ways . . . . such as the metallic edges on one of the ribbons, foil accents on the pack of 48 6x6 papers, shimmer paint, stickers and a 6x6 pack of Rose Gold Foil! This Product Medley will be lovely for creating all sorts of Spring and Summer cards. You can be assured that your card will be unique and stand out from the crowd with all the lovely accents available to you in this medley. Here are a couple of samples to spark your imagination!
This is a nice close up look of one of the foiled papers and the rose gold edged ribbon
One of the embellishments included in the kit are tiny rose gold mirrors that can be used in the center of the stamped flowers as shown on the sample above. The other circular rose gold accents you see are droplets of the rose gold shimmer paint dropped onto the card and allowed to dry. So pretty!!

Order your's here using this months hostess code
BUH7JKNV
and you'll receive a little gift from me to say thank you for placing your order with me.
