Ink & Share Scrapbook Hop - All About Me

Welcome to February's Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop.

The theme chosen for this month's theme is "All about Me" as scrapbookers we tend not to scrap many photographs of our selves as we're usually the one the camera - snapping away.

You may have joined me from Jenna's blog or perhaps you are starting you journey here with me, I hope that you like our creations and the they give you inspiration as you hop around the world.

For my layout I've used an old photograph of myself taken my a pen friend of mine back from my school days on her stay over here.

Having chosen my photograph I then set about selecting the papers I wanted to use it was a choice between Nature's Poem or Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Papers.  The green tones of the Floral Romance Specialty DSP worked better with my photograph. Using the some of the other products from the Floral Romance Suite -  Wonderful Romance stamp set and Wonderful Floral Framelits.  I set about creating my layout, instead of cutting the DSP I tore the edges, made a frame for my photo and coloured the stamped image using Stampin' Blends.

,
I've left a space on the left hand side to add a title and journaling.

My girl's took a double look at the photo before realizing in was me....

I hope you like my layout using this months theme - supplies used to create this layout can be ordered via my Online store here

Remember for every £45 you spend in either the Annual or New Spring/Summer catalogue you get to choose a FREE Sale a Bration item and this offer ends at the end of the month

Ink.Stamp.Share - Blog Hop

Welcome to  back to Ink Stamp Share's March blog hop.

The  projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world.

The theme for this month's blog hop is "Men"

You may have joined me from Janey's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

For my card I've chosen to show my High Tide stamp set from the  annual catalogue  a little love - it was a feeling a little neglected!

Using the New Rectangle Stitched Framelits I created a Fun Swing Fold Card.

My ladies are having great fun recreating this card at my weekend retreat as I type this.

As well as one of the sentiments from the High Tide stamp set I added the Happy Birthday from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set.

I  hope you've liked what I've shared with you - all supplies used  to created these cards can be ordered via my Online store here. and remember for every £45 you spend in either the Annual or New Spring/Summer catalogue you get to choose a FREE Sale a Bration item.

Paper Crafting Blog Hop - March

Welcome to March's blog hop with the lovely ladies from the Paper Crafting Blog Hop group.

Fellow demonstrators and myself from all over the globe are participating so we're sure to have a wide array of fun projects to share with you! using this months theme of "Happy Birthday"

You may have just visited Sandy's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

I'm sharing with you some cards that I made recently for some of my customers for their birthday's.

I was rather cheeky as  I created them whilst they where busy making their cards at my all day Bloom by Bloom workshop.

Firstly I stamped the largest circles from the Swirly Frames stamp set before cutting out a circle and stamping the sentiment from the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set.

I then punched a selection of different flowers using the new Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack from card stock.  I chose card stock from the Brights  family as this really made them pop the card.

I do hope you like the card I've made for this months hop. Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping on over to see what Elizabeth has created for this months theme.

All the supplies used may be ordered through my online store here , remember for every £45 you spend in either the Annual or New Spring/Summer catalogue you get to choose a FREE sale a bration item.

Colour Combo Blog Hop - March

Welcome to March's Colour Combo Blog Hop

You may have just visited Rene's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration with this months colours.

My card was made last minute.com as I had totally forgotten that I had signed up for this months hop, and I didn't want to let anyone down - so I grabbed the Daisy Delight stamp set - one of the stamp sets that I'm using at my retreat in a couple of weeks and created this card - so two jobs done in one!!

Firstly used my Pool Party re inker and washed the background on watercolour paper - unfortunately the photograph doesn't pick that up. That will teach me to leave everything too the last minute.

I then stamped the stems using Shaded Spruce - to get the lighter shade I stamped off first. Then I added the buds and hand cut flowers in Flirty Flamingo.  To embellish the card I used the Flirty Flamingo ribbon from the All My Love Ribbon Combo Pack and a Faceted Gem, I've also added a Wink of Stella to the flower heads.

Kre8tors Blog Hop - Bye Bye SAB

Welcome to the March's Kre8tors Blog Hop.  I know that you're going to find some great inspiration from the wonderfully creative Stampin' Up! demonstrators as you follow along with us.

You may have just visited Melissa's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

This months theme is Bye, Bye Sale a Bration - wow some many good choices this year the best yet!!  and with the addition of the extra items from the Annual too. I'm saying Bye, Bye Especially to the Foil papers I so love the colours.

Here I've teamed them up with the Garage Gears Thinlits Dies and the Geared Up Garage stamp set  which form up some of the items in the Classic Garage Suite.

The Lovely Lipstick foil is most definitely feminine where as the Grapefruit Grove could be used for masculine cards.

I'm not sure if your believe me but I created the scrapbook layout I'm sharing today back before extra items where added from the Annual Catlogue!!

Having cut a couple of floral sections from one of the sheets in the  Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper- this was to highlight the detail in the back of Amy's wedding dress. I added a matte layer using the Grapefruit Grove Foil as her colours were Orange and Gold and also added some centre's to the flowers in the DSP by using the pop outs from the Garage Gears thinlits Dies.

I hope you like the items I've made for this months theme - supplies used to create them can be ordered via my Online store here

Don't' forget for every £45 you spend in either the Annual or New Spring/Summer catalogue you get to choose a FREE Sale A Bration item - and don't forget you can purchase items to co ordinate with some of  this years Sale a bration items.
