Ink and Share Blog Hop

Welcome to  my first  Ink and Share Blog Hop  this month we are featuring Masculine themed projects designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world.

You may have joined me from Linda's Blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

For my creations I have focused on using the Wood Textures 6x6 DSP - which are at the moment included in Stampin' Up!s paper offer more details can be found here

This first card also uses an old favourite stamp set of mine Lovely As A Tree.

I've also added some texture by Stampin' Off (second generation stamping),  tearing the layering card stock and using some Linen Thread.

The sentiment is from the new Itty Bitty Greetings stamps set

This second card is recessed panel card, they are really quick and simple to make and give that Wow factor!!

I  hope you've liked what I've shared with you - all supplies used  to created these cards can be ordered via my Online store here

Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping around to see everyone's creations.

Scrapbookin' On Sunday

Just a quick post today, as I excited that Amy and her husband - Symeon are on their way over to spend the afternoon with us whilst they're over from Bejing.

This layout was made using some old papers that I had laying around - not sure of the make, for my friend for her 50th Birthday.

The title is very apt for these two as after they spoke to each other on the phone they would always say the other had a "sexy voice" to me and this photograph was taken on the first time they ever met each other at a friends wedding.

Right must dash lunch has to be prepared, thanks for passing by

Happy Craftin'

Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop July

Welcome to my first blog hop with this creative bunch of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world.

Like you I follow  several hops around and stumbled on this one by following my Stampin' Up! friend  Angélique - whom I've met up with on several occasions at several Onstage events and thought I'd like to join in with her on this hop.

And I so happy that I'll get to catch up with her and fellow demonstrators from all over the world in Orlando, Florida for Stampin' Up!s 30th Anniversary Celebrations in November.

These lovely ladies usually follow a theme such as a sketch or colour this months theme is Card Kits/Project Kits.

You may have just visited Sandra's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

I chose to share with you creations made using the Lots of Happy card kit.

This first picture shows a sample of cards made up using the instructions and contents that come in the kit.

This second picture show cases two cards that are made using additional Stampin' Up! products and also show cases a new product that will be available to purchase throughout August - can you spy what it is?

Yes its a second set of watercolor pencils - with fabby colours in - I used the Gorgeous Grape and Granny Apple Green on my card above along with Melon Mambo.  The second card uses blender pens and I inked the velum leaves with Pear Pizzazz .

The sentiments are from Love What You Do and Detailed With Love stamp sets.

I  hope you've liked what I've shared with you - all supplies used  to created these cards can be ordered via my Online store hereif its the NEW Watercolor Pencils your after then please do contact me directly.

Scrapbooking Global July 2018 Blog Hop

Welcome to this the first Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop we're a like minded group of scrapbooker's who love to use Stampin' Up!s products to create our pages.

For our first hop the creative team chose this sketch for us to play along with.

You may have just joined me from Courtenay's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations using this sketch and that they give you inspiration.

Here's my layout using the sketch - featuring products from the Twinkle Twinkle Suite

Although Night of Navy is a strong colour to use on a babie's scrapbook page it worked well here with the photograph having used one of the lighter sheets of the Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Papers for the background.

Using Night of Navy as my main focal colour I needed to ensure the titles and embellishments needed to lighter in colour.

For the top corner square I used the Twinkle Builder punch to create a sparkly moon and stars.

For the sentiment I used the Follow Your Dreams Bundle (pg 54) and the little star embossed in white is from the Little Twinkle stamp set.

The added bonus is that these papers are in this months Paper Offer from Stampin' Up! for more details of that please click here..

I  hope you liked my page - all supplies used  to created this layout can be ordered via my Online store here

Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping on over to see Rebecca-Jo's page using this sketch

Paper Crafting July Blog Hop

I hope you are enjoying our Independent Stampin' Up!
Demonstrators Blog Hop featuring projects that are travel or scrapbooking related.

Fellow demonstrators from all over the globe are participating so we have a wide array of fun projects to share with you!

You may have just visited Ginger's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

For my project I deceided that I would recreate a scrapbook page using the Tranquil Textures Designer Series paper - especially as they're in this months Paper Offer from Stampin' Up! for more details of that please click here..

I love how these papers work really well for masculine layouts - and as the photograph is of my hubby and grandson in a boat shaped swing I think I can claim that part as "Travel"  ;o)

Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping on over to see what   Melaine has created for this months theme.

All the supplies used in my design can be ordered through my online store here
If you don't already have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I would be happy to have you join my team FrankieSue's Signets.

Scrapbook Sunday Blog Hop - July

Welcome to my first blog hop with this creative bunch of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world.

These lovely ladies usually follow a theme such as a sketch or colour but this month it's designers choice.........what a fab month to join in with them!

You may have just visited Danielle's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that it give's you inspiration.

As soon as I spied the Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper in the catalogue I knew exactly what photo's I wanted to use with some of them....  this handsome little chappy in the bath!

Having stamped the bubbles from Playful Backgrounds I thought I'd cut out some bubbles using my cutting machine in Night of Navy cardstock. To make the photograph's pop I double mounted them on Balmy Blue and Night of Navy cardstock.

The added bonus is that these papers are in this months Paper Offer from Stampin' Up! for more details of that please click here..

I  hope you liked my page - all supplies used  to created these cards can be ordered via my Online store here

Colour Combo Blog Hop - July 2018

Welcome  to July's Colour Combo Blog Hop. I was so excited when I saw the colours of this month's hop - as I just love  these two blues together Night of Navy and the New Balmy Blue adding the Petal pink was a little more challenging but then it's nice to come out of our comfort zones now and then.

Welcome if you've just joined me from Sandra's and her lovely creations using this colour combo, hop back if you haven't or just continue around the hop and complete the circle.

Here's a collection of cards that I've made using the chosen colours, this first card uses stamps from both the Lift Me Up and Swirly Bird stamp sets.

It's the first time that I had stamped up the kite but using the Stamparatus makes it dead easy.

For this card I've used the smaller scribble circles to create flowers using the Balmy Blue stamped off and added some leaves also stamped off in Mint Macaroon from the Foxy Friends stamp set.

And for my third card using the Balmy Blue ink and my Aqua Painters created a washed background for the little boat to sail on.

On this last card I again used the boat elements from the Swirly Bird stamps set and coordinating Thinlets - Swirly Scribbles to create the sea.

I hope you like my creations - all supplies used  to created these cards can be ordered via my Online store here

Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping on over to see what  Tricia has created with this Color Combo :-)

Kre8tors Blog Hop July

Hi welcome to my second blog hop with the "Kre8tors"
The Krea8tors are a group of global demonstrators featuring projects using Stampin’ Up! products.  You should have hopped over from Jackie's Blog.

If you've been following the Kre8tors previous blog hops you will know that they follow theme's and this month’s theme was a "Sketch "

I decided that I would use the sketch to create a scrapbook page....

I used the - Tranquil Textures DSP in my monthly Scrapbook class last month and had this particular sheet left over ( I had used a small piece in one of the other layouts) and  when I saw this sketch, grabbed a photo that went with it and set about creating.

Seeing as my hubby had a drink in his hand it seemed only appropriate to use the Bubble Over stamp set - well he was celebrating his birthday. The bottles needed to be stamped off twice to get a lighter image.

I hope you like my take on this "Sketch" - all supplies used  to created this Scrapbook page can be ordered via my Online store here

Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping on over to see what  Tricia has done with this sketch.

Masculine Monday's & PCC296

It's along time since I played along with the Paper Craft Crew Challenge's well here's my take on their two week challenge  PCC2PCC296

I received this stamp set Animal Outing when I attended Onstage in April, sadly its the first opportunity I've had to play with it... but I'm really loving it and can't wait to share with you some of my other creations that I made this weekend but I'll have to wait until the recipients have received them.

Using my Stampin' Blends I coloured the focal image before using the  Layering Square Framelits -  do you spy one of the new colour's on my card ? I just love it Granny Apple Green.

The beauty of this stamp set is that is has coordinating Thinlits - Animal Friends which when bought together you save 10%  - that's not all there is Designer Series Paper pack called Animal Expedition which is fun and also has hippo's on one of the sheets.

Talking of DSP this month Stampin' Up! also has an offer which is buy 3 and get a 4th on Free...    and Animal Expedition is one of the ones avaliable Click here for more details.

Thanks for popping by and looking at my take on this challenge please let me know you've passed by.

Happy Stampin'

Scrapbookin' On Sunday

Just a quick post today showcasing the Share What You Love Specialty DSP - its soooooooooo Lush I love the Pearl effect on some of the pages.

Why Pearl?  well it's Stampin' Up!s 30th Anniversary and tradition is 30th wedding anniversary is celebrated with some thing Pearl. (Please could someone let Frank now this ......it's our 30th next year !!)
Here I've used one of the sheets of paper for the background and another lovingly sat and hand cut all the flowers out - Yes the whole sheet, very therapeutic.

Once cut out I then laid them on a piece of Powder Pink card stock once I was happy with the arrangement adhered them using tombow or Stampin' Dimensional's to give them some depth. Also I added a little Wink of Stella to make them dazzle a little more. ( Sadly it doesn't show up in the photo's )

The sentiment is from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits.

We never really scrapbook our selves so I've set my self a challenge to scrap more of me this year even if it's with some one else!!  so why don't you take up this challenge?

Happy Scrappin'
