Happy Birthday Amy!!!

As many of you know Amy is living and working in China at the moment and as post doesn't get there (well her Christmas card didn't) so I made her this card to give her virtually!! 

I've used Amy's favourite colour Orange - Peek-a-Boo Peach on this occasion to stamp tone on tone for the ice cream's from the Cool Treats stamp set and cut them out using the coordinating Frozen Treats Framelits Dies - which are available as a bundle saving 10%. The swirls and splatts are from the Swirly Bird set.

Amy I hope you have a fab day and looking forward to seeing you when you pop home in the summer.

Belated Easter Wishes

Where has this long weekend go?? for me I've been laid up and not feeling very well hence the belated Easter Wishes.

Are your ready Amsterdam???

Yay it's here Onstage Live in Amsterdam.........so looking forward to catching up with fellow demonstrators, over the next few days!! not sure if Amsterdam is quite ready for us....LOL

It's traditional at any Stampin' Up! event demonstrators "Swap" ideas - this can be anything from a bookmark, card or a 3D project. 

Here's my completed swap - I did share a sneak peak of them under construction last month.  It's a 3D project which includes a pen and of course a sweetie........

I'm looking forward to sharing the swaps i received with you upon my return for Amsterdam.

Scrapbookin' On Sunday

As I promised yesterday here is a scrapbook page using the Falling in Love Designer Series Paper.

Here I've distressed the edges, ripped the corner added a few doilies and flowers from my large stash of goodies.

And Yes this photo was taken 27 years when Frank and I tied the Knot!!

Love is in the Air............

Today I'm taking part in another Crafty Inklings Blog Hop*, were we are show casing the projects we've made using products for the Spring/Summer Catalogue.   




Depending on where you have started this 'hop' today, you may have just joined me from  Sandra's blog with the lovely projects she shared.

I'm sharing with you the project that the ladies who attended my "Love is in the Air "  All Day workshop attended last month - a box that can be filled with lovely memories of a special event based on an idea from a fellow demonstrator.






Let me show you the inside of the box - there is lots of space for both photos and journaling.





Also I made as selection of cards as ideas for them to make with the remainder of their kits - here are a few of them.
