Fringe Scissors............
Yesterday I morning I made the prototypes of a couple of items that I want to make for an upcoming Craft fair I'm attending. I decided that little basket looked bare around the bottom so I used Stampin' Up!s new Fringe scissors to make some grass to go around it.
They made it really quick and simple to do.......I added flowers using the New Petite Petals, Itty Bitty and Boho Blossoms Punches.
The Fringe Scissors were not on my original wish list but hubby spotted them in the catalogue and said they looked fun and he'd treat me when I placed my next order.....not quite sure what he wants them for!!
Well last night I had an unexpected evening alone and guess what my baskets multiplied some what...........just got to buy some more goodies for other baskets (kiddies found my stash of chocolate)

Scrapbookin' On Sunday
This week I am going to share with you the other two layouts my ladies did using the Etcetra Designer Series Paper.
As I said last week I got my ladies stitching on their projects on this first layout it was again only basic cross stitching on the one below I got them doing a chain stitch as well.
I know they are only basic stitches it can be very daunting to do this on a layout just in case you make a mistake.......
To make the holes on the projects we used the Stampin' Pierce Mat, Paper-Piercing Tool and the Essentials Paper - Piercing Pack.
If you would like to join us or have March's kit by post please contact me for further details we will be using - I am Me Designer Series Paper, booking closes 1st March.

Daydream Medallion Spring Craft Day
On Saturday I held my first all day work shop of the year ...... in the morning the ladies made a Burlap and Blooms Simply Created Wreath which can be found on page 21 of the Spring/Summer Catalogue.
In the afternoon the ladies used their Daydream Medallion stamp set also from their Goodie bag and made 8 cards and a box as seen in the first picture.
Here is a close up of some of the cards and gift box.
Some of the cards are embellished using the 2013-2015 In Color Accessorizes - Ruffle stretch trim, Boutique Details.
The Tag a Bag Gift Box is from the Annual Catalogue (p158) which are really quick and simple to make up and decorate.......

Happy Valentines Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well I think you can guess what project I'm going to share with you today........ my hubbies Valentine's Card.
I'm really into these "Card in a box" thingies at the moment and all I see are ones with flowers in so I thought that I would fill mine with hearts.
I grabbed anything thing that had a heart shaped or love related in it be it framelits, embossing folders or stamps and here is my creation.
I really like the "love ya" from the new stamp set Just Sayin which has matching framelits - Word Bubbles so that was a must tooo.......
I even decorated the back ................
Here is a list of the items that I used to create this project - Hearts a Flutter stamp set and matching framelits, Language of Love stamp set, Just Sayin stamp set, Speech Bubble framelits, Heart Punch, Quatrefancy DSP, Follow My Heart stamp set, Thinlits Circle Card Die, Window Sheet, Silver Glimmer paper, Card stock and inks - whisper white, strawberry slush and pink pirouette.
Have a fantastic Valentines day everyone.............

Scrapbookin' On Sunday
Today I'm sharing with you a layout that I thought I had shared with you last year using the Venetian Romance DSP.
Here we distressed and embossed the strip of paper to the right hand side as well as the Swallowtail image and leaves from the Papaya collage stamp set with clear embossing powder.
It doesn't really show up on the photograph but it really is effective,
Booking has now closed for February's class but if you would like to join us or have March's kit by post please contact me for further details we will be using - I am Me Designer Series Paper.
Have a fun Sunday...........

Scrapbookin' On Sunday
Wow where did the week go too?? I've had lots of fun playing with bits and bobs from both the Spring/Summer Seasonal catalogue and the Sale a Bration leaflet but today I'm going to share with you 2 scrapbook layouts from December's club. Remember if you can't make the club the kits are available by post.
In December I used the Afternoon Picnic Designer Series Papers, on this first layout I used the honeycomb's as the main focus cutting a selection out and then using the honeycomb embossing folder with some Coastal Cabana co ordiantions cardnstock. You may not be able to see it in the picture but there is some stamping on there using Off the Grid and Gorgeous Grunge.
On the second layout I have used the "News sheet" paper as my back ground just toning it done with some Whisper White Craft ink before adding circles, lace, ribbon and not forgetting the lace dollies.
Well I'm off to tidy up the mess I made yesterday before I can play again today....... Have a fab Sunday whatever you get up tooooooo
Sue
