Unfortunately from time to time we all need a Sympathy Card - something to show people we care. Today I am going to share one that I made using stamps from the Simply Sketched set.
Here I have made a watercolour wash background with my Sahara Sand Stampin' Write Marker,Acrylic block and Spritzer before stamping the image and sentiment in Basic Gray.
To finish off I put some Linen Thread around before matting it on to Always Artichoke card stock.

Scrapbookin' On Sunday
Today I'm sharing with you a page that I made in Stampin' Up!s MDS (My Digital Studio) program, being a demonstrator we get to have sneak peaks of up coming products and this is one of them. I know this is on the back page of the catalogue but i can ensure you it is on its way!!
As I'm new to all this digital scrapbooking, some of you may find the page very plain but I thought it would be best to start simple then work my way up to the fancier things.......
Register your interest and be one of the first to know when Stampin' Up! s MDS is avaliable for purchase or if you wish to purchase any other Stampin' Up! products then drop me an email at frankiesuestampin@gmail.com

Bermuda Blue Happy Birthday Card
Today's card is the last of my Serene Silhouette cards well for the time being........... This card uses the one image that I didn't use in my technique classes.
I stamped the image in the gorgeous new Bermuda Blue ink, before punching it out with a circle punch and then matting and layering in on layers of cardstock (Bermuda Blue and Whisper White) which run through the bigshot with the Delicate Doilies Sizzlits L. The sentiment is from the Morning Meadow hostess set.

Happy Birthday Serene Silhouette Card
Today I am going to share with you the last card that we made at the technique class, which uses Whisper White card stock.
Here I have made another watercolour wash background with my Stampin' Write Markers,Acrylic block and Smooch Spritz before stamping the image and sentiment in Stazon ink once the card stock had dried.
Tomorrow I will be back as promised to my class attendees with a card featuring the Serene Silhouette image that we didn't ink up in class - a first for me as I like to use them all!

Thinking of You Serene Silhouette Card
Today's card from my technique class featuresd the Brayer technique.
Here we used several different colour inks to achieve the desired background tones on glossy card stock, I did a masked sun in the background but unfortunately the camera doesn't pick this up.
Once this was dried we then stamped our image from Serene Silhouettes in Stazon along with the sentiment which is from the Four You set (page 22) onto another new colour Crushed Curry. Down the side of the card I have used some of the New Candy Dots...........I can't wait to play with some more of these in other colours!!
Be sure to pop back tomorrow to see last card we made using different techniques, that featured the Serene Silhouette stamp set.

Serene Silhouette Feel Better Soon Card
Today's Serene Silhouette card from the technique class used one of the new colours - Soft Sky along with Marina Mist and Daffodil Delight Inks.
For this card we stamped the image in stazon onto Stampin' Up!s Shimmery White card stock before using Aqua painters to do a colour wash with the inks. The sentiment is from one of the new hostess sets Express Yourself, which was all matted an layered, before being placed on the Soft Sky card base run through the bigshot with the Tulip Embossing Folder.
Be sure to pop back throughout the week to see some more of the cards made using different techniques featuring the Serene Silhouette stamp set.

Serene Silhouettes Birthday Card
Today I am going to share with you one of the cards that we did recently in my background technique class. This card uses stamps from Serene Silhouettes and Perfectly Penned stamp sets.
Here we used the ombre technique with the Crumb Cake and Baked Brown Sugar inks on watercolour paper. Once this had dried the ladies then stamped the image from Serene Silhouettes they wished to and added a sentiment from the Perfectly Penned set.
Be sure to pop back throughout the week to see some of the other cards made using different techniques featuring the Serene Silhouette stamp set.

Scrapbookin' On Sunday
Today I am going to share with you a Scrapbook layout that I made for this months Scrapbook Club. It features the Gingham Garden DSP.
As the papers have lots of flowers on them I decided that I would have to get out my Beautiful Wings Embosslits - which sadly I haven't used lately as I tend to grab my punches instead, but this time I wanted several different sizes and have different embossing patterns on them. This is the beauty of the Embosslits they do the job 2 in 1 (see page 188 of the Annual catalogue for more styles)
Remember if you are unable to attend in person then the Scrapbook Club is available by post so you can play along at home.

Wildflower Meadow Birthday Card
Today I am going to share with you a card that I made when I got together with some of my team the other day, it uses the new Wildflower Meadow background stamp. This stamp also has a matching embossing folder which when purchased together entitles you to a 15% discount.
At first I wasn't sure what I was going to do with the stamp and suddenly an idea popped into my head and that was to use the baby wipe technique with a selection of bright re inkers.
The sentiment is from one of the new hostess sets Express yourself, this new hostess set is becoming a favourite of mine as I seem to reach for if all the time at the moment.

Zoo Review Birthday Card
Today I can safely show you the card that I made the other day using Zoo Review Stamp set as it is in the hands of the recipient my little sister!
For this card I have used the Stampin' Write Markers, acrylic block and my water spritzer to create the background before stamping the Giraffe. The sentiment is from one of the new hostess sets Express Yourself and then punched out with Modern Label punch.
My sister loves giraffes and when I first saw this image in the catalogue I knew exactly who's card I was going to make using it.
Well I'm off to grab some of this glorious weather..........

Well this post didn't happen yesterday as I forgot to schedule the post and didn't get round to checking it was up, before we went out to celebrate our wedding anniversary with some friends, so here it is a day late.
Today I am going to share with you a couple of layouts that I made which I made following a couple of sketches that I found out there in blog land.
This first one uses the papers from the Spring/Summer catalogue - Tea for Two
And this second one uses the Fan Fair DSP, which we used at club last month.
