Over a Cute Card Thursday their challange is mirror, mirror use something shiny. Here I've used a Rak'd image from my friend on the Shack which I have watercoloured with my Caranache pencils. Then I mounted it on some spare alchol inked paper then layed it on some silver foil which I had put through my wizard with one of my cutttlebug folders before dabbing it with some brillance ink.

Sugar Nellie
Over at the Shack I am 1 of the 2 "Flood" victims for the month of May. However my friends have already started to shower me with Cards and images. I have been admiring the new Sugar nellies for a little while and was delighted to recieve some of them in the post. I still can't decide which one is my favourite.
Sketch and Stash Challange# 9
I thought that I would double up on my challanges this week if possible with those over on the Shack. So for this weeks Sketch and Stash challange I dusted off a couple of old stamps I haven't used for a while and came up with this creation.
Ink-a-palooza!!
Over at the stamp-shack we're having an Ink-a-palooza!! its been running for 5 days now and its got another 5 days to go......
The ladies over there have set 15 different challanges (with candy up for grabs) along with 2 door prizes... They certainly know how to get your creative juices flowing. Here are a couple of my creations that I have come up with so far. New home
My eldsest daughter moved out this weekend to flat share with her boyfriend, so I used the opportunity to combine making her a card whilst participating in a challange. The challange can be found over on Stamp with us.
Having just become an independent demonstrator I don't have as much stuff to play with as I would like.... but hopefully thats all going to change real soon. I've used the Playful Petals stamp set and coloured the images in with pretty in pink, real red and mellow moss markers, I've also added a little stickles. The card stock used is chocolate chip, whisper white and real red, the backing paper is from the Tea Party collection. Unfortunatley I don't have any sentiments for a new home so I hand wrote it.
1 photograph 2 different pages

Here's a picture of two layouts I did of my daughter Amy's "Prom", that her school arranged for them. I know I was naughty as I scanned the photo and printed out another in black and white, I thought it went well with co-ordination papers that I had given the distressed look too but it took me ages to find the bling I wanted to finish of Amy's one, so I could photograph them and put them up on my blog together.
Mahalia, Amy's best friend for the past ten years was overwhelmed the other day when I gave her hers in a frame, to celebrate their 18th birthday's........ Yes Amy will have to have the other one I can't leave her out now can I, but she'll have to wait another week yet..

Easter project
Time out to craft

I took some time out this week to do some crafting, I was getting bored off sorting out all my craft stuff to put in my new "cubby". I made this gorgeous reciepe box under the instructions of my Stampin' Up! mum Sharon.
The stamp set we used was Tart and Tangy along with the designer papers. Card and ink's where pumpkin pie, old olive, real red, and bashful blue. I got to play with some of her punches as well : scallop circle, circle, oval scallop, oval, corner and tab.

Saturday 25th April, Wolverhampton
Hi as you can see from the postings in my side bar, I’m now an Independent demonstrator for Stampin’ Up!
I will be demonstrating some of their products at the Wolverhampton meet. For those of you that are lucky enough to be going you will be able to make a little something to take home with you.
As this will be my first workshop I will be donating the “Hostess” commission between 2 Charities: LAPS (Looking After Parents and Siblings) who helped Angy's daughter & son in law and Cancer research in memory of our good friend Joy I.
So the more you spend the more the charities will get.
For those of you who are unable to attend and wish to make a purchase, the catalogue in the side bar is a virtual catalogue which you can browse on line and the just drop me an email at frankiesue@ntlworld.com and I will add the sales on to the day’s total. Please remember its cash or cheque only, sorry no cards.

My Girls
I haven't done much craft work this week as I've been trying to sort out everything ready to move into my NEW craft space... the cupboard upstairs...LOL
At the moment I'm having a coffee break whilst the first coat of paint dries.
However I did manage to make a card and complete this scrapbook page of my girl's, just the journaling is needed to finish off. The photograph was taken last year on our holiday to Bulgaira.
