Ink.Stamp.Share - Fancy Folds

Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Monthly Blog Hop .....this months theme is

"Fancy Folds"

The projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world.

You may have joined me from Kim's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

I was so excited when I saw this months theme as I do like a card with a challenge, for my card I decided to make a NEVER ENDING CARD.

I have made and taught these as scrapbook layouts but not used this technique to make a card.  My ladies at my online class week had great fun creating their's too.

I've used the Sale a Bration Paper Blooms DSP and paired it with the Heal your Heart Stamp set another Sale a Bration item.

On the front of the card,  I left one of the panels of DSP off the card for the sentiment to be added and fussy cut out some of the flowers from that portion to tie it in.

As you open the card you go into the second layer, show casing more of this beautiful designer series paper.

This is the third fold of the card, which pulls through some of the pattern paper from the layer before

Then on the next turn you through to another layer of the pattern paper again I have left a panel out, layering it up with fussy cut flowers to enable a message to be written.

On the next turn, your back at the beginning.............

Now I have mastered the smaller version, I can't wait to make more... and I hope I've inspired you to have a go and making one too..

The Stampin' Up! supplies used to create these cards can be ordered via my Online store here.  Don't forget to use this month's hostess code which can be found in the side bar, to receive a little something from me.

REMEMBER if you'd like these papers, or any other Sale A Bration item then  TOMORROW is the last chance to earn these items for FREE

Ink.Stamp.Share - Showcase Blog Hop - February

Welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Showcase Blog Hop .....the purpose of this hop is to show you what we have all been working on during the month.

The projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world.

You may have joined me from Laura's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

For my showcase project I'm going to share with you a card I made for my son-in-law, which I posted all the way to Malaysia. I kept my fingers crossed it got there and it did he was so chuffed, as I made it exactly as a suit he had made for a special ball they attended in Bejing in 2017.

The card is an easel card made using the Handsomely Suited Bundle £45 - comprising of the Handsomely Suited stamp set and Suit & Tie Dies.

I cut the main body of the suit out in Real Red and the trimmings in Basic Black.

It was fun to make and I can't wait to start creating with this set again, work's really busy at the moment again. But I'm hoping that we are now coming back to some sort of normality and I can get my full weekends back to crafting and the grand-kids.

The Stampin' Up! supplies used to create this card can be ordered via my Online store here.  Remember Sale A Bration ends the 28th of this month so if you purchased the bundle you'll be able to earn something is for FREE

Don't forget to use this month's hostess code which can be found in the side bar, to receive a little something from me.

Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop - January

Welcome to the first Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog hop of 2021.

This month the theme was

            " FREE CHOICE "

as long as the products are in the Annual, Mini or Sale a Bration Catalogues.

As you can imagine that's a lot to choose from!!!

I choose to play with a suite that I haven't played with a lot the Peony Garden. I love the papers and wanted to show them off which I think I managed to so with this layout.

The Peony Garden DSP is soft and muted - Petal Pink, Gray Granite and Basic Gray. When colouring the images from the Prized Peony Stamp set I wanted to keep these colours and just added some  Old Olive  when colouring in the leaves and stems of the flowers with Stampin' Blends

All that is left is for me to add a title, which I like to think about and not rush, especially as I remember fondly of my  "Nana Great"  and Paul who are sadly no longer with us. Yes that is me they are all holding.

I hope you like the layout that I have shared with you using this month's theme  Supplies used to create this can be ordered via my Online store here

And don't forget that as we are in the Sale A Bration period for every £45 you spend you get to choice a selected item for FREE for more details click here.

Remember to use this months hostess code, which can be found in the side bar to receive a little something for me if your order is under £150.

Ink.Stamp.Share - January

Welcome to the first  Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop of 2021. The  projects are designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators from around the world. The theme for this month's blog hop is

"Spring/Summer and Sale-a-Bration""

You may have joined me from Libby's blog or perhaps you are starting your journey here with me. I hope you like our creations and that they give you inspiration.

I've been playing again with the Flower & Field Designer Series Papers from this year's Sale A Bration offerings. I think this item is my favourite this year I love the bright colours on the black back grounds !!!

For this card I have paired it with the Stitched So Sweetly and Forever Flourishing Dies and the stamp set A Grand Kid. I was inspired by a fun fold I saw out there in blog land.

Having chosen the Daisy paper from the Flower & Field pack, I  then cut 3 strips and fussy cut 5 Daisy's to use as embellishments. The leaves are cut from Granny Apple Green card stock using one of the Forever Flourishing Dies and arranged these using adhesive and Stampin' Dimensionals.

I cut out one Stitched so Sweetly shapes in black card stock and embossed the sentiment with white Embossing Powder.

I hope you like the card that I've shared with you - supplies used  to create this can be ordered via my Online store here As it's sale a bration for every £45 you spend you get to choose a free item for more information on how it works click here

Remember to use the current months hostess code, which can be found in the side bar, to receive a little something from me if your order is under £150.

If you don't have a demonstrator and would like a copy of the mini and Sale A Bration catologues please do contact me and I'll be more than happy to pop one in the post for you.

Don't forget to leave me a comment below, before you continue hoping around to see everyone's creations, Nicole is next.
